Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs admissions, programme registrations, training fees, workshops, certifications, events, and other services offered by Aries Industrial Institute (Aii). By registering for any programme or service, participants agree to the terms outlined below.

Admission & Registration Fees

Application fees, registration fees, admission processing fees, and assessment fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Aries Industrial Institute.

Programme Fee Refunds

Before Programme Commencement

Participants who wish to withdraw before the commencement of a programme may request a refund as follows:

• More than 15 days before programme start date: 90% refund of programme fee
• 7-15 days before programme start date: 75% refund of programme fee
• Less than 7 days before programme start date: 50% refund of programme fee

Administrative, registration, processing, and third-party payment charges may be deducted where applicable.

After Programme Commencement

Once a programme has commenced:

• Fees paid are generally non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided for missed classes, partial attendance, voluntary withdrawal, suspension, or termination due to violation of institutional policies.

Requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances.

Short-Term Programmes, Workshops & Events

For workshops, bootcamps, seminars, certification exams, orientation sessions, and short-term programmes:

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: 90% refund
• Cancellation within 7 days of the event: No refund

Aii reserves the right to transfer registration to a future intake at its discretion.

Scholarship Recipients

Where a participant receives a scholarship, sponsorship, concession, or subsidized training support:

• Refund eligibility shall be based on the actual amount paid by the participant.
• Scholarship amounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Instalment Payments

Participants opting for instalment-based payment plans remain responsible for all agreed payment obligations unless otherwise approved in writing by Aii. Failure to complete payments may result in:

• Suspension of training access
• Withholding of certificates
• Suspension of portal access
• Restriction from assessments

Programme Rescheduling

Participants may request transfer to another intake, subject to:

• Seat availability
• Programme schedule
• Approval by Aries Industrial Institute

Additional administrative charges may apply.

Programme Cancellation by Aii

Aries Industrial Institute reserves the right to:

• Reschedule programmes
• Change programme dates
• Modify delivery schedules
• Cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment, operational reasons, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its control

In such cases, participants may be offered:

• Transfer to a future intake
• Alternative programme options
• Full refund of fees paid

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed within:

• 15-30 working days

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible. Aii shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Failure to attend classes
• Change of personal circumstances
• Lack of participation
• Dissatisfaction after substantial programme completion
• Failure to meet programme requirements
• Disciplinary suspension or expulsion
• Incorrect information provided during admission

Online Learning, Portals & Digital Resources

Where participants receive access to:

• Parent Portal
• Student Portal
• Video Libraries
• Digital Learning Resources
• Downloadable Materials
• Online Assessments

access fees may be non-refundable once access has been granted.

Exceptional Circumstances

Aii may consider refund requests arising from exceptional situations such as:

• Serious medical emergencies
• Documented family emergencies
• Other circumstances approved by management

Supporting documentation may be required. Approval remains at the sole discretion of Aries Industrial Institute.
